How many credits does each model cost?

In Nim, you generate content using credits from subscriptions and credit packs. Each model and tool has its own credit cost. You'll always see the price next to the tool name, marked with the mark.Credits are deducted from your balance when you click "Generate". In rare cases when generation fails, credits are refunded to your account. You can see the full history of credits you spent by clicking "Usage history" on Subscription page.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the "Cancel subscription" button on the Manage subscription page.

I accidentally purchased an annual plan. Can you help?

If you reach out to our support within 7 days after annual plan purchase, we can switch you to a monthly plan. Email [email protected] to get help with this.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support credit cards, bank transfers, Google Pay, and Apple Pay in most countries. All payments are managed by Stripe payment platform. Click "Upgrade" to see what payment options available to you.If you're unable to complete your payment because your method isn't supported, please contact us at [email protected].

Can I keep my creations private?

Yes, you can create privately on Pro and Max plans, using private projects.To make current project private, go to Create → Three-dots on top-right side → Edit project → Set sharing to "Private".To start a new private project, go to Create → Projects → New project → Set sharing to "Private".

Can I download my creations without Nim watermark?

Yes, there are no watermark on downloads on Pro or Max plans.The watermark is applied on Free and Starter plans.

Can I try Nim before buying a subscription?

Yes, with the $5 Welcome pack you get 2000 credits to explore everything on Nim. After 3 days your plan renews automatically — you're free to cancel anytime

How can I change my account information?

You can change your account information by clicking the Profile button in the user menu.

Why was my account merged when I logged in with another provider?

If you log in with another provider (for example, Apple instead of Google) using the same email address, we treat it as the same person and automatically link both login methods to one account. Your projects, history and subscription stay in one place.

Why didn't my accounts merge when I logged in with another provider?

Most often this happens because the email addresses are different. For example, you may use [email protected] with Google and a different email, or "Hide my email" option in Apple login. Since the emails don't match, a separate account is created instead of merging.

How does Apple "Hide my email" affect my account?

When you choose "Hide my email" with Apple, Apple generates a random relay email (for example, [email protected]). This email is different from your normal one, so we can't automatically detect that it's the same person and we won't merge the accounts. If you want everything in one account, use the same visible email across providers or contact support at [email protected] to merge accounts manually.

Can I use both Google and Apple to sign in to the same account?

Yes. As long as both providers share the same email address with us, we link them to a single account. You can then sign in with either Google or Apple and see the same data.

What happens if I change my email in Google or Apple?

Your login with that provider will continue to work. We use the provider's internal ID to recognise your account, not only the email.

I lost access to my Google/Apple account. How can I log in?

If you can no longer use your Google or Apple account, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Share the email you used and any relevant details (for example, recent activity), and we'll do our best to securely restore access to your account.

What are Nim Templates?

Nim templates are pre-built AI workflows that generate consistently great visuals without writing prompts.Each template is designed and tuned by Nim's AI team (prompts + pipelines + settings) so you only need to add your input, like a photo of yourself, your product, or your brand assets. Then you generate polished visuals in one click.

Credits

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

Unused credits from subscriptions expire at the end of each billing cycle. At the start of new billing month the unused credits are removed from your balance and you get the full monthly refill according to your plan.Additional credits from credit packs expire in 6 months after purchase. When you use Nim, your subscription credits are used first, and credit pack credits are only used after you've run out of your monthly credits.

Is there an unlimited plan?

Nim currently doesn't offer an unlimited plan. If you generate a lot of videos, we recommend Max plan and buying extra credits from credit packs, when needed. Max plan and credit packs give the best price per generation.
